About this place Tierra Viva Puno Plaza Hotel‬

Tierra Viva Puno Plaza Hotel is a perfectly decent place to stay in Puno, Peru, especially if you want to be right in the center of things.

You're 46 meters from Puno's Main Square. That means the Cathedral and Jiron Lima Main Street are just a short walk away. You’ll be able to see the city's sights, and you can get to Lake Titicaca easily too.

Rooms here are bright, with big windows, free Wi-Fi, and plasma TVs. They're not going to win any design awards, but they're clean and comfortable. Each has its own bathroom with toiletries. Some rooms even have breakfast counters or private balconies, which is a nice extra. The front desk is staffed 24 hours.

The hotel also sorts out airport shuttles to Inca Manco Capac International Airport, about 45 minutes away. No need to stress about getting there yourself. It’s a convenient, low-fuss option for Puno.

I really liked the room, the service, and the breakfast. I didn't know, but it's a hotel chain that also has locations in Peru, and I had the opportunity to visit one in Lima as well. The hotel's location is also very good because it's near the Plaza de Armas, restaurants, banks, and it's a good place to meet tour agencies. I highly recommend it!

Excellent value for money and a very central location, just 50 meters from the main square. The spacious room with a huge, comfortable bed is equipped with a portable electric heater that provides sufficient heat. The shower is spacious and has excellent toiletries, and the breakfast is decent, except for the coffee, which, as is often the case in Peru, is forgettable. Very close to many of Puno's bars and restaurants.

My husband and I stayed for three nights. The first night my husband needed medical attention due to the altitude. The receptionist's reaction was immediate. In 15 minutes we had the doctor in our room. Apart from the fact that of course you feel safe in this hotel, I have the following to say. It is a hotel that respects the customer, clean with all the necessary things in the room. The staff is always smiling and willing to serve at any time of the day. The professionalism is evident from the moment you walk through the reception door. As for the breakfast, it covers the taste needs of every guest. When I come back to Puno, it is a sure choice for me..Thank you once again to all the staff for their care!!!
