Terrible service, dirty rooms, and deplorable reception staff. I was charged an unjustified tax that wasn't mentioned from day one. No one helped us with our luggage upon arrival or departure. The breakfast was cold and tasteless, and I asked for a glass of milk, which took an hour to arrive. Room service was nonexistent; I asked for water, and it never came. Advice: Customer service is free, and as foreigners, we left with a VERY BAD impression of the place.

Good location, clean and comfortable room, good coffee, but with little variety. Very weak Wi-Fi in the room.
