Unfortunately, the sauna isn't what it used to be. Now the relaxation rooms are less like bedrooms, you can't close the door properly, they keep knocking and bothering you, and many of the towel attendants/security guards are very observant of what you're doing, which becomes very uncomfortable; you feel watched and judged all the time. Before, you had the freedom of not feeling the staff's gaze; they even let you lock the door in the relaxation room. Now they force you to keep the door open.

Today, November 13th, something unpleasant happened to me. I went for reflexology and a leg massage, and towards the end, they asked me if I would leave a tip. I understand that if you go to a service, that should be voluntary, so I felt somewhat extorted. I went downstairs and had to argue with the cashier, who said that shouldn't happen since you go there to relax, not to be extorted. The girl's name is Juliet (I don't think that's the way to ask). It's voluntary.

The TV decoder is hidden, making it difficult to use the remote. The intercom is broken, and there are only Chinese channels. The place is clean, but we didn't stay because of the inconvenience.

The men's sauna is very good, it serves its purpose, and on the second floor the dark relaxation room is very comfortable.
