What reviewers say

Many visitors praise the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, with some noting excellent service and value for money, and others appreciating the convenient location and comfortable rooms with good views. However, a significant number of guests complain about severe noise disturbances from a nightclub below and thin walls, as well as issues with bathroom privacy and lack of hot water.

The bathrooms had no privacy and you could hear everything from the street (there's a nightclub right below the hotel).

The worst part was the nightclub next door. They blast music every day until 5 a.m. The bathrooms are awful too; they're practically a disarray. The shower is on one side of the bed, the sink on the other. The toilet is in a tiny cubicle with a window so you can see everything. There's no hot water in the shower at night either. Breakfast is incredibly basic. They barely give you two eggs. It was my fault for following my friends 😅 I don't recommend it

I don't understand how this hotel has an operating license. It's a disaster. And there's a nightclub on the first floor. It's impossible to sleep there.

Terrible service, I would never return to that hotel where they treat you so badly. Oh, and remember, there's no early check-in at that hotel.

I booked a room with a friend, and they gave us one with a shower without a door next to the bed. The small toilet room (which also opened onto the bedroom) had a transparent door and a mirror in front that was also visible from the bed. We asked to change rooms (obviously saying we would cover the cost), and they said it wasn't possible. Some friends wanted to check in early; at first, they were told it was possible for 54 soles, and at the last minute, they were told it wasn't, that it had never existed. It really could be much better. Also, there's TOO MUCH noise from the nightclub downstairs. The breakfast man was extremely grumpy.

A great hotel with amazing value for money. Our room was large and had spectacular views. The reception staff and the man at the breakfast buffet were very friendly and professional. Excellent location.

Service is definitely the standout for this hotel! Originally I would have said lower your expectations, and you get what you pay for (I had a terrible first nights sleep due to loud noise upstairs). That said, give credit where credit’s due because reception handled my concerns very well. As noted, I originally had issues with noise overnight and early morning from above my room (701), but after speaking with reception they explained it was actually the kitchen upstairs, apologised sincerely, and immediately moved me to a lower floor with a jacuzzi room upgrade (bonus!). Both ladies at reception are genuinely lovely. Breakfast is served a little differently here (there’s no buffet unlike earlier reviews?) - they bring you one juice, one coffee, plus the usuals like egg, ham and cake. Totally fine, although the gentleman serving breakfast did come across a bit abrupt when I asked for an extra juice. The biggest standout here is absolutely the location - it’s exceptional, and honestly you’d struggle to find better. Perfectly positioned for exploring everything nearby. Oh, and the views of the Andes from the rooms are spectacular!
