Wow!!! This place is magic. It’s a secret gem that one should only share with friends and good people. Truly outstanding stay.

Beautiful hotel, with extensive gardens and great views of the mountains. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Includes a great fresh breakfast, and a very friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

An absolutely beautiful hotel with an amazing and incredible garden. I’ve never seen one as beautiful. The staff are incredibly friendly. However, only three stars. Namely because: they treat drinking water like a rare earth resource. They give you a small glass bottle of water each day and the rest you must buy bottled water for. Every other hotel has a high end filtration system for drinking water. It felt ridiculous that water was so inaccessible here. I am not sure if the founder is being cheap, or ignorant - either way, no bueno. The other reason is the lighting in the rooms. Most bulbs are neon white fluorescent, very hard in the eyes. And the lights above the beds are extremely bright. It would be better to install dimmer switches, or have accent lights available so you aren’t frying your retinas unnecessarily. The walls are also extremely thin and you can hear just about everything by happening inside the rooms from the hallways. Not a great place to try to make love!

I never want to leave!!!! From the service, the room, the grounds, the massages, the food, Liz herself, and all of her staff. Truly heaven on earth. I will be back!!

Lizzy Wasi is a gem. The staff is attentive, the views are stunning, and the rooms are comfortable. It's an incredible value and a perfect base for exploring the Sacred Valley.

The staff arranged airport pickup, tour guide and transfer back to Cusco with a very professional and affordable company. The grounds are stunning. Meals were delicious and the staff was very accommodating. It was a great home base for exploring Sacred Valley.

Fantastic place with beautiful gardens, amazing views and a really good restaurant. Above all the service of the stuff is absolutely the best we've got over our 6 months trip in South America. Would highly recommend this place for long stay in the sacred valley.

I cannot say enough good things about this place! My wife and I stayed there as part of our big 30th Anniversay Peru Trip, and it was just perfect. Incredible views...I could see the Andes from my shower! The restaurant was fantastic, the hosts were friendly and helpful, and the gardens were stunning. They even gave my wife a rose and a brownie for International Women's Day. This was really one of our favorite places to stay, ever, which is saying something. It's perfect for couples and solo travellers, and we saw families there as well. I will miss their two very friendly onsite alpacas...

Lizzy Hotel provided an excellent lodging experience on both occasions I visited! Its location, just 5 minutes from the Urubamba bus terminal, is ideal. It's not in the city of Urubamba itself, nor is it far from it. The large green area, its gardens, Rumi and Machu (its two beautiful camelids), its barbecue area, fire pit, and recreational space make it ideal for families, retreats, and couples seeking relaxation! The staff: Special thanks to Mr. Inti and the entire team who treated us with great professionalism and warmth from the very first moment! Food: Upon arrival, we were given a special treat of chocolate and pudding, as well as small pitchers of water and yerba mate. We also really enjoyed the breakfast and lunch, and the staff's service! The rooms, with their materials, layout, and architecture, blend seamlessly with the landscape; they are spacious, comfortable, and the spaces with garden views are very pleasant! In short, highly recommended!!!

Set in the heart of the Secret Valley, Lizzy Wasi is a beautiful, tranquil, I would say luxurious oasis on the edge of the town of Urubamba. Everything was perfect but what stood out for us (dad travelling with daughter) were ethereal staff members, and Lizzy herself. They are the epitome of kindness, patience and genuine, heartfelt, customer service. Also excellent value for money. I would not hesitate recommending Lizzy Wasi to anyone.

The owner, Lizzy, is lovely and very helpful. The hotel room was great, with an open fire,and the gardens are beautiful. A real sanctuary! The Manager, however, was very rude, argumentative and combative. I have never experienced someone that is in a customer service role behave the way he did! He accused us of not remembering asking for two bottles of water. He was belligerent and rude. We did not buy the two bottles of water because it was ridiculously expensive, buying water in town instead. I can't fault the hotel, only the Manager.

This is my favorite stay of anywhere I have ever been. It represented the culture, it was relaxing, it was peaceful, the food was amazing, I loved the cooking class, and the location was great. Many fond memories.
