6-15-26 Did two nights here and was part of a tour group. Stayed in room. 32 which is an upstairs room in the building I stayed in (two levels). The grounds are stunning with flowers galore, grass trimmed, and views of the Andes surrounding. Would describe this as peaceful and serene. Good escape. The restaurant has good food and many options. Had breakfast here twice as well as a dinner with a tour group. Found staff excellent. Attentive. The room is bare bones compared to some. There is no AC (don't need it) and just a space heater. We didn't need it for our liking but it is available. There is a small table with two chairs, with tables on each aide of a king bed. See below for more details.

Incredible views and the grounds are beautiful. Most service staff were nice, but there was a grumpy restaurant worker who was unpleasant twice, and even though breakfast was until 9, no eggs when we got there at 8:40 & 8:45 respectively and no effort made to fill them. Rooms are nice, but it's tricky managing the temperature with only a space heater.

It's a nice hotel, very pretty, but the rooms are very basic, the location is far from everything, and the restaurant service is terrible; absolutely terrible. The staff had a terrible attitude, the food was bad, it was full of flies, and when I poured myself some water, I noticed the pitcher had slime in it… I would look for a better option.

Absolutely wonderful! The staff were so friendly and even kindly turned off some lights so I could take these photos. 10/10

Stayed here with a tour group. Beautiful property, quiet location, restaurant and bar located onsite. Very remote, only real downside is no privacy between rooms but didn’t end up being a major issue for me. Nice, helpful staff. No air conditioning but was cool and comfortable.

I stayed at this hotel in March 2026, as part of a trip to the Sacred Valley, Cusco, and Machu Picchu. Although not in the luxury category, this hotel met all of my needs, providing a comfortable bed, a clean and quiet room, and a tasty breakfast, all amidst a spectacular setting.
