What an amazing experience! Everything was beyond perfection. The beautiful room with a terrace and a breath taking view of the glacier snd mountains.The service was beyond impeccable and the kindness of the staff was priceless. Best hotel stay ever!

True luxury. Outstanding staff. Most peaceful pool area. Tranquil setting. Amazing breakfast. World class. Only didn’t like you had to pay extra for the sauna area, but the pool and jacuzzi were free. Most high place in Sacred Valley for sure. Comes with a price, but if you are gonna splurge, splurge here. Great restaurants nearby within walking distance. Very safe

What a lovely property with staff ready to make sure you are have a fabulous stay! I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here for a week! The natural beauty surrounding this place is just what you need for r&r. We tried their Andean spa package and it was A-amazing! Can’t wait to go back!

Came here to visit the spa which was amazing! We did a 90 minute hydrotherapy thermal course (hot pools, cold plunge, sauna, steam room) which cost 300 soles and it was very relaxing. It’s a beautiful spa but there are cheaper ones in the area, maybe just not as comprehensive. Coming from NYC, the prices at this spa are very similar if not more expensive. Also the sauna was only around 92F which felt not hot enough. But everything was extremely clean and pleasant and I would have liked to try one of the body scrubs.

-the rooms are beautiful and spacious. However, if you get a terrace, many offer little privacy. You could be sitting outside less than 2 feet from your neighbor (toward end of my pictures). There is a large walk in closet as well as a spacious bathroom. There is also an ample sitting area. The decorations inside the room also add to the atmosphere. -in 2 weeks in South America, I have never been so unimpressed by the quality of service. The only genuinely friendly people are the housekeepers. When you check in the welcome drink is a tiny paper cup of tea. The check in staff tells you all about the property but not at all in a hospitable way. The only thing I expressed interest in with their “experiences” was the baby alpacas. I was told they would not be here until the day I checked out—the easy fix would have been to say I could find them outside on the front lawn -Breakfast: I got free breakfast as a Titanium member. The breakfast staff is running around like crazy and can’t even say you’re welcome when a guest says thank you and slams the tea down on the wrong side of the place setting. Another example: we asked the bellhop how to get to the brewery. The directions were confusing and it was dark. We came back and again asked for directions. He impatiently told us to go to the “Main Street”—which sounds like he was telling us to leave the property to find it. Bellhops should understand that what seems simple to find for them is harder for new arrivals at night. The manager needs to go to somewhere like the Quito JW Marriott to work on genuine hospitality (more comments on the quality of the breakfast below). I can’t wait for the lame response he will give to my review that says “thanks so much for your reply. We will definitely work on this.” If you read the reviews carefully you will see many complaints about service -the ATM is a total scam. Take out U.S. dollars and there is a $10 charge. Also you can get $300 usd but only the equivalent of about $114 in Peru soles. They have the audacity to say it is for “security.” Yeah—it is so much safer for a female traveling with her child to go out into town and withdraw money from an ATM so she can get more. If you want to withdraw a decent amount here you’ll be paying a $5 charge each time you withdraw a tiny amount of soles. -The view is disappointing considering the way the hotel entrance looks out to beautiful mountains. The hotel is oriented the wrong way where the rooms look at much less impressive hills, and I don’t know that the rooms can see the river with the vegetation -luckily I used my points or I would be so disappointed that I spent $600 plus per night at this unwelcoming hotel -the breakfast buffet is the worst I have had in the last 2 weeks. For the hot dishes there were tamales with no toppings or meat fillings, some sad sausages, steamed veggies, and some tough pork belly. I had a better breakfast buffet at the Quito Wyndham airport hotel 🤯

Pretty disappointing experience. The only saving grace was the setting, which is objectively gorgeous. My wife and I visited for our honeymoon. We let the hotel know and I have status at Marriott. The only nice thing they did to acknowledge our honeymoon was to have old chocolate covered strawberries in our room. The staff also seemed disinterested in helping us or tried to get out of doing things. For instance, we asked to use their free shoe cleaning service after our shoes got dusty walking around town. They said they couldn’t clean the shoes because they weren’t dress shoes but I showed they were leather. They still declined. Misleading pricing. They charged a 10% service fee to the final bill and this was never disclosed in booking or checking in. We already generously tipped the staff throughout the stay. Keep in mind that the 10% is charged to the entire bill, not just for additional services (e.g., dinning, room service).

An unforgettable experience!

Excellent week in the Sacred Valley. Staying at this hotel is like being pampered, thanks to the quality of service. Everyone is very friendly and efficient. The weather is perfect for spending more than two days here; there's so much to explore in Urubamba.

The architectural design, blending Inca culture with modern elements, has made this hotel a beautiful work of art. Grandiose, beautiful, with spacious and sumptuous environments. The entrance is already impressive with a huge stone fireplace that goes from floor to ceiling! The rooms are spacious with a balcony overlooking a sheltered garden. 👍🏼 The SPA has a heated pool, several hot tubs, and an exclusive massage tub. 😉 The restaurant is a highlight; we started with an excellent breakfast and dinner with a varied Peruvian menu! Unmissable! 😋

Most incredible place to stay in the sacred valley! We chose to stay there to acclimate for the altitude before going to Machu Picchu and then to Cusco. We stayed 3 amazing nights there! Enjoyed what hotel was offered: great restaurants, spa with amazing massages, swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi and simply beautiful ambiance! Hotel also has great shops and incredible surroundings for walking and enjoying the nature, beautiful flowers, river, mountains and baby alpacas on the premises. There is a town of Urubamba right next to the hotel. We went to walk around, visited the local shops and markets. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly! They gave us all recommendations and support we needed. Highly recommend to stay here! You’ll be amazed! So grateful!
