Melbourne Queer Film Festival (MQFF), Avustralya'nın en uzun süredir devam eden queer film festivalidir; her yıl mart ayında Federation Square'deki ACMI (Australian Centre for the Moving Image) ve diğer Melbourne mekânlarında düzenlenir. 1991'de kurulan MQFF, uzun metrajlı filmler, kısa filmler, belgeseller ve özel etkinliklerden oluşan Avustralya ve uluslararası LGBTİ+ sinemanın seçkin bir programını sunar. Festivalin ACMI'deki konumu — Melbourne'un CBD'nin kalbindeki özel ekran kültürü kurumu — hem LGBTİ+ topluluğu hem de geniş kültür sektörü tarafından nasıl saygıyla karşılandığını yansıtır.
