When we checked in around 2:00 AM on June 7, the front desk employee was nowhere to be found for about 20–30 minutes. When he finally arrived, his name was kham. He was very unwelcoming, rude, and seemed unfamiliar with the hotel’s policies. We had booked a Family Suite, which accommodates up to five people. I had accidentally made the reservation for only three guests, but I called the hotel that morning to update it to five. The front desk agent I spoke with was very helpful and confirmed that the change was fine. However, when we checked in, kham said the reservation only showed three guests. I explained that I had already called and updated it to five people. He initially said it would be fine for that night and that he would allow it, but then changed his position and said I needed to pay for the two additional guests. It seemed like he was contradicting himself and did not know what he was doing. I was willing to pay the extra charge of $10 per person if required, but the situation was handled very poorly. The hotel itself was also disgusting. There was vomit in several areas, and the bathroom had mold all over the ceiling. The parking space is big but thats about it. I will definitely never be coming back.
Divya sutra moksha pub restaurant with her exceptional and attentive services. My host Manjeet was consistently thoughtful professional, and welcoming .Manjeet ensuring we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. The food was outstanding the steak was perfectly prepared, the salmon was amazing chef khan and chocholava cake ice cream was a superb finish to the meal. The combination of warm hospitality and excellent dishes made for a memorable evening in my holidays in Calgary ..We’ll definitely be returning on our next visit… thank you Manjeet for all your attentive gesture towards me and my family there . We all visit soon😊
Victor provided the best service. I wanted to praise him so much that I even found out his name. He accommodated all my needs and patiently listened to my stories. I made a few mistakes, but he resolved them all perfectly. I am truly grateful to him. The room was clean and comfortable, so I stayed for four days. All the staff were kind. Although I don't speak English well, everyone was understanding.
I would rate this hotel 1 out of 10. While it is one of the most affordable options in town and may be suitable for travelers who only need a place to sleep overnight, I would not recommend it for anyone looking to relax and enjoy their stay. During our visit, the swimming pool was closed for repairs. We stayed in a room with two queen beds. Although the bed linens were acceptable, the floors were noticeably dirty. In addition, one of the facecloths provided was stained and should not have been placed in service if the stain could not be removed. Housekeeping service was also below expectations. While the beds were made the following day, the floors and bathroom were not cleaned. I also forgot my toothbrush and inquired at the front desk about a replacement. I was informed that a toothbrush was available for purchase at a cost of $5. While this may be standard policy, it was disappointing given the overall quality of the accommodations. Overall, the hotel's low price is its primary advantage. However, concerns regarding cleanliness, maintenance, and guest services significantly impacted our experience.
Quiet for the most part, great location not far from airport. Rooms could do with a bit of up-keep and cleaning for guests.
