tri-Pride

tri-Pride is the volunteer-run pride organization for Kitchener, Waterloo and Cambridge, Ontario, active since 1995 and run by an unpaid board with no staff. Its main event is a one-day park festival rather than a downtown parade, and it takes place in Kitchener, not Cambridge. The 2026 Summer-Fest (Pride in the Park) ran on Saturday, June 6 from noon to 8pm at Willow River Park, the renamed Victoria Park, marking tri-Pride's 30th anniversary under the theme 'The Light is Coming.' The program is local drag and music on stage, vendors, a beer garden and a kids' zone. We couldn't find an organizer attendance count, and the 2027 date hadn't been announced when we checked.
