Pride PEI (Charlottetown)

Pride PEI's festival takes over Charlottetown for about ten days in late July.
In 2026, it ran from 24 July to 2 August.
The PEI Pride Parade kicked off at 10 am on 25 July from the provincial government parking lot near Terry Fox Drive, winding its way down Euston, Great George, Grafton, and Pownal streets to finish on Fitzroy Street.
A low-sensory viewing area was set up at Rochford Square.
Other highlights included Fefe Dobson at PEI Brewing Company on 31 July and Rainbow Road on Kent Street on 1 August.

On parade day, roads close at 8 am and parking's banned along the route until 1 pm - so you'll want to walk or catch the T3 buses, which run on detours until about noon.
It's a good idea to book your hotel room early, as Charlottetown's small and rooms fill up fast in summer.
We couldn't find any info on attendance numbers.
The 2027 dates hadn't been announced when we checked.
You'll need to plan ahead if you want to attend next year.
