Great place for a quiet visit. Beautiful place with well thought out rooms. Great breakfast. Lots of placing for walking and close but not in right downtown Fredericton.

If you’re looking for polished perfection, this may not be the place—but if you want charm, comfort, and genuine hospitality, this old inn delivers in spades. The building itself shows its age but is cozy, warm, and wonderfully inviting. What truly makes the stay exceptional, though, is Angie, the innkeeper. Her kindness, humour, attention to detail, and effortless way of making guests feel at home turn every small imperfection into part of the experience. We leave feeling that we were truly welcome—and that’s why we’ll be back!

A beautiful historic Inn. With lots of charm and an exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff! Lots of charm and period specific dècor makes you feel like you’ve gone back in time. The owner got up early to make me brealfast before my conference the night I had stayed and also allowed me to keep my vehicle there for the day. I was comfortable and cozy in my room with the window cracked and rain falling outside. I would highly recommend this Inn as it is a beautiful, unique and conveniently located place to stay in the downtown area. The pancake breakfast also lived up to its reputation as well. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Angie is the absolute best. She is the brightest star about staying here. I find old homes so beautiful and much more charming, so getting to stay in one was also lovely. Thank you Angie for making our stay in Fredericton !

We stayed here for 3 nights recently and although the staff and the breakfasts were excellent, our room was a huge disappointment ! We were stuffed into a very small attic closet. The AC was noisy, the windows were so foggy they were unpleasant to look out of and one was held open by a milk bottle. The shower was so small I couldn’t reach my knees without banging my head. Also, the TV was old and therefore no smart features and was so small , it seemed smaller than my computer screen. We stayed here expecting what is shown on the internet photos not because it was the only place in town. Had we known the room was as I have described, we would have stayed elsewhere.
