Marriana and Marriano are wonderful hosts with a beautiful home. Our room was a spacious master suite on the second floor. Very comfortable and more than enough room for the two of us. A full, delicious breakfast was ready for us every morning at the time we requested. The location, just a couple of miles from the UBC campus, was perfect for our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

After a long day of driving, our "home" for the night appeared as a luxury oasis. Even before being greeted at the door, we could feel the welcoming spirit of Villa Bellissimo Fran-Talian. We have traveled in many countries and stayed in many beautiful places, but this B & B stands out from the rest. What makes it different is not just the lovingly prepared breakfast, the tasteful decor, but most important is the gracious hospitality of the hosts. Marriano and Marriana are dear and special people who made us feel like we were reuniting with old friends. We experienced many magical moments on our trip to Jasper and Banff, but it was our stay at Summer Express Kelowna that was the highlight of our journey! We look forward to visiting again in the not too distant future!

Our stay at Summer Express Kelowna B&B or Villa Bellissimo Italiano has been wonderful and has been a great part of our experience and visit in Kelowna! Marriano and Mariana have been very great hosts to us and the food that they prepared for us were so delicious and full of fruits! :) We absolutely love the Italian-themed architecture and interior design. The whole place was clean and we stayed in a room that had a great view of a mountain/hill nearby.

During the weekend of July 14. to 16. 2023 we had the pleasure to stay at the Villa Belissimo in Kelowna . We were hosted by the owner Marriano and lady Aleksandrov . Our experience surpassed all our expectations . In fact over the last few decades when we stayed at an AirBandB nothing has even come close to this most pleasant weekend at Villa Belissimo . The rooms and bathrooms are spacious and come with most tastefully selected furniture as well as various paintings and artwork and can easily compete with 5 star hotels in every way . We also were spoiled with an incredibly good breakfast , which would be difficult to find elsewhere . All of the above combined with the kind and most pleasant personalities of our hosts will give us a lasting wonderful experience . The Villa is located in a very quiet and beautifully treed neighborhood , which leaves nothing else to be desired . Truly a 5 — ***** situation . Baron and Baroness von Pfetten St. Mariakirchen

Accommodations were luxurious, owners are great people, would recommend to anyone needing an Air BnB in Kelowna. Very close to the airport and shopping, so would make a great location for travelers.

This B&B was stunning, with a modern style and an a great location. Being beside the golf course and having lake country with so many wineries nearby allowed for a superb holiday. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Also with our own entrance and kitchen we had a lot of privacy. Great place and we had an amazing weekend!

I had a fantastic stay here while in town for a wedding. The rooms were incredibly clean, and the location was perfect for getting around town. I would recommend this stay to anyone if you are looking for great value and a relaxing experience.

Totally enjoyable stay from the moment of check-in through our final departure. The host was accommodating in every way and even assisted in taking our suitcases to the vehicle to say goodbye. Our room was spacious, nicely appointed and very clean. The breakfast was prepared to perfection for which we enjoyed on outside patio. The host was helpful, engaging and eager to please - would certainly return here.
