Quebec Hotel Pur

The hotel is conveniently located near transportation, with bus routes to the train station and tourist attractions all within easy reach. There are also plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The room and furniture are relatively new. However, last-minute bookings tend to be more expensive.

Great hotel for the price in a good location. The room was very comfortable and well eqquiped. The staff was also very kind and helpful!

The rooms need to be updated. Common areas ans lobby are good.

Very good hotel with indoor parking. Quiet, close enough to highways and many restaurants. Less than 10 minutes from main hospitals. Good hotel restaurant, pool, gym and sauna.

The shower was broken, and I came in late so I wasn’t able to get it fixed until the next morning. Even after it was fixed, the water pressure was bad as the shower head was cracked. Staff only gave us one 2 small water-bottles a day when we are a family of 4. Beds were uncomfortable. They also put us on the floor with the meeting rooms and there was no room key security. Staff was also not very polite when we asked them if we can leave the car up front just to get our bags down because parking was full.

The hotel and the rooms seemed clear. The shampoo smelled wonderful too and the hotel is well located. The reason of my lower grade is because when doing the reservation (by phone) for two nights, we were supposed to be two people the first night and three the second. When we received the confirmation, it was booked for three people both days, so we called again to correct this and we were told that it could be corrected at our arrival. Ok, fair enough. It could not be corrected at our arrival. Apparently we had a cut-off date to make any changes.... Also, the room barely had enough coffee for 2 people with the smallest cups possible, there were no bottles of water and no robes. The toilet paper is dollar store quality and I woke up with a rash on my shoulders after the second day....

Nothing special. Good hotel people / staff seem to be ok ... but yea i got a upgraded room they say. I have a beautiful view of the church. ... um sure... (see photo for my view). Not to mention noise transfer...not the most quiet.. plus overtime a neighborhood flushes i wake up its so loud... .. yes flush from another room. This was a tough review... it would be ok... but these issues trumped a good rating. update: ill bump another star. the staff here are trying. they are warm and welcoming. hence my service rating.
