Hotel is very dated, our fridge had to e changed because it would not cool. They changed it with an older one missing parts. Staff ere great though, especially the parking gentleman. Lots of kids, bus loads.

Overall, a very pleasant stay at Hotel Le Concorde Québec. The staff deserves all the praise: courteous, smiling, and highly efficient—a warm welcome that truly made a difference. A few constructive suggestions to improve the experience: the SpaQ parking fee charged through the hotel is higher than if you buy the ticket yourself, which is a bit surprising and could be reviewed to offer better value to guests. In the room, the television wasn't properly reset after the previous guest, and we had an unwanted early morning wake-up call; a quick check before guests arrive would prevent this kind of incident. The bathroom could benefit from a refresh (the wallpaper is slightly peeling) and practical accessories like a toilet brush and a few extra toiletries—an extra bar of soap would be much appreciated in a higher-category room. These are constructive remarks, as the welcome and service already made the experience very pleasant. I recommend this hotel and I hope to see these small improvements again on my next stay.

Terrible experience. Zero privacy. We couldn't even talk to each other without being complained about. We had to leave at 1:30 am. The neighbor complained even when we were just talking. No music, no sound at all. There were only two of us, my partner and me. They threatened not to refund us. They filmed the room before and after to make sure they got the $400 deposit. Never again. Avoid this hotel.

Horrible. That's an understatement. My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from beginning to end. Before my arrival, I called to ask if my room could be ready before 4 p.m. I was curtly told no and that "you'll see when you get there." Upon arrival, I received the same cold welcome. I again asked if it was possible to get the room a little earlier, explaining that I was a speaker and needed to prepare for an event. No flexibility, no alternative, no willingness to help. The valet service seems nonexistent. The two employees at the valet counter even told me, word for word, "There is no valet here." They were sitting there watching boat videos on YouTube. We seemed to be bothering them, and we were directed to a parking lot about a five-minute walk away. When we returned laden with luggage, no one offered any assistance, even when they saw us struggling to maneuver an old, broken luggage cart. Which is probably still where we left it. The room was in a deplorable state. The bedspread was worn and full of lumpy stuffing. Several electrical outlets were missing their covers. There were visible signs of water damage on the walls. The sofa was stained. The air vent was covered in dust. Even worse, the towels smelled awful. We requested a replacement bedspread. After two calls, an attendant finally came to ask if it was stained, seeming to question our request when we mentioned its overall condition. When she left, the bedspread looked exactly the same as before. I could go on and on. Between the staff's lack of professionalism, the absence of service, the obvious state of disrepair of the establishment, and the complete lack of flexibility towards guests, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had. I even hesitated to take a shower because the overall state of the place inspired so little confidence. To top it all off, the windows were dirty, and after reading the hotel's responses to some reviews, I noticed they sometimes use the informal "tu" form with their guests. Wow. Unbelievable. It might seem trivial, but in the context of the service I received, it unfortunately reflects the lack of professionalism I observed throughout my stay. RUN AWAY.

Do not stay at this hotel if you are travelling for business. Its only lifeline is the view and location. The rooms are clean. Otherwise zero hospitality. The staff are incredibly rude at check in, make you feel like you can’t ask any questions without being snapped at. They offer no information & act very annoyed if you ask basic questions. The parking lot was full when I came back from a business meeting and then I got another lecture about how I didn’t understand anything and I really didn’t have time for the parking snafu or the lecture. The internet doesn’t work!! Internet test speed: 8 mgps and it’s an open network. There are hoards of children running around. Nothing in the operations are updated to reflect its 2026 and it seems like they are operating the same way as they did in the 90s. It just feels very outdated and mismanaged.

Our credit card was charged the CA $200 Refundable Deposit the day after check-in which is 1 day BEFORE check-out, when they should have just put a hold on it! (Shaking Head) – Multiple rooms were booked by 1 person for 2 nights stay of multiple parties. – Upon check-in, front desk charged the credit card of each party for their designated room. – The hotel charged the deposit on OUR credit card for our COMPANIONS' partial room charge! – When the Booker called the hotel's Accounting to correct THEIR error, she had a hard time, and there was a credit card # on the statement they provided that did NOT belong to any of the parties! – The complaint was supposed to have been "escalated", but NO one ever called her back, and SHE had to call them AGAIN AFTER 5 DAYS! – The hotel NEVER resolved the issue – we just resolved it amongst ourselves! We basically paid for the location! The hotel itself is NOT worth the price. The housekeeper was really good, though I failed to get her name. Lesson: Book separately, at least with THIS hotel!
