This is different from your traditional hotel, everything is done online/virtually. My family absolutely loved the place. Our room had plenty of space for us to move around comfortably. We had a kitchen, where we were able to cook our meals, and a washer/dryer for our clothes. If we needed assistance or had any concerns, we would send the staff texts or call, and they would respond immediately. They were really helpful and made our check in/parking our car easy. They were also kind to provide us with our room's code, so we don't have to really too much on the digital key. The hotel was close to every place we wanted to visit in old town Québec and there's a park in front where we could view the sunset and the city lights. Overall, it was beyond our expectations and really worth it for us. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Québec.

A group of 4 women stayed here for 3 nights. We had 1 parking spot ( which was all we needed). We had the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit on the 3rd floor. No elevators which was fine with us. Building and our unit was very clean and felt very secure. Short walking distance to one of the main tourist streets by the Artillery. Washer and dryer in unit but not needed. Kitchen had everything we needed except for tea towels to dry dishes. Pull out couch in living room was comfortable. Great decor with what may be original stone walls !! We all would definitely stay there again!!

Access via contact is disarmingly simple… well done, we travel a lot and this is in my top 5.

Clean, close to everything, and easy to access the entrance and room with your phone. No frills, no elevator. Quiet. I'd stay here as a full apartment with kitchen again.

This place exceeded my expectations! Love the location and the cleanliness and all amenities! We went skateskiing so we were able to wash our ski clothes before leaving for home! I would go back there!

The apartment Was clean and great taste in décor. The sofa bed is noisy at night when you move, there is no cleaning every day, as you would have in a hotel. Amenities are in great shape, including washer and dryer. There is no shampoo nor conditioner in the shower, you need to pack your own! which is disappointing, as I was counting on them. Toilet paper is cheap. Still give 4 stars for the rest.
