A lovely stay. Just a suggestion of safety bars for entry into the jet tub

We had fairly high hopes but they did not deliver. Breakfast was included in the on sight Bistro restaurant, but service was extremely slow and half the food items were not available from brown bread to sausage & bacon & fruit. Very disappointing... we would not stay here again as overpriced for what we got.

My wife and I stayed there recently during our vacation in St. John's. The room was clean. The beds in our room were only a double. We were not able to upgrade as we went through an external booking app. It is the only way to book now when traveling. The room included a breakfast. It was adequate. The TV in the room did not work. I got another remote from the front desk. That only helped for a short while. A support staff came to fix the issue but it was found that the cable box was too old. We did not have access to TV during FIFA Soccer games. Unfortunate.

This hotel is a complete joke. The worst service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. Avoid at all cost.

The location as a tourist is really not very good. I’m much rather been in town itself. The building seemed a bit shabby and a little rough around the edges. Your restaurant for breakfast is not nice and the food selection is pretty lousy.
