If I could leave more stars I would. The hotel is lovely and clean. The food is delicious. But, what sets them apart from other hotels is their staff. They are phenomenal. They are the kindest group I think I’ve had the chance to meet.

The rooms are on the smaller side, but the cleanliness, decor and view are excellent.

I wanted to love this place so much, after a cold week of hiking and exploring. Front desk staff indicated there would be a birthday surprise for my husbands 40th, which never came. When we ventured our yesterday for hiking, we had asked for the room to be made up. We came back to the air conditioning on. Barely warm water in showers. I was quite cold. Mattresses slide on bed frame so you cant really comfortably sit up in bed to read or type.. matress will slide and you'll lose your pillows. Pillows are awful quality. Probably because they get squished so often between the matress and headboard Incredible lobby, beautiful cafe, great location.

I stayed in this location in early June. The staff especially Jane at the front desk were exceptionally helpful. Very safe location for single women travellers.
