Comfort Inn Airport

I’ve stayed here many times and usually have a great experience. Front staff are always so friendly and helpful. I recommend asking for one of the newer rooms if possible - the older rooms are outdated for sure. If you want to be close to the airport without hearing any planes, this is an excellent choice. I did have an issue during my last stay here, however Cory the manager was very prompt in rectifying it and I was pleased with how it was handled. I would say the morning restaurant staff are excellent - attentive as they can be when they are quite busy. Always friendly , and the food is fine. Evening restaurant staff weren’t good the last time I was there. Pretty rude and I felt rushed. That being said, this is a great hotel that is obviously well run by the manger.

Awesome spot, shuttle drivers, and service was awesome. No complaints, and I will stay there again and highly recommend this Hotel.

Myself and my husband stayed at your hotel on Saturday November 4th,2023 for our Nephews wedding , travelling from outside the city the one thing you want after a very long day is a clean comfortable room ,we were very satisfied with our stay , warm cozy room very clean all throughout , food was fantastic we really enjoyed our night with our family hoping to stay there again this up coming summer !!

Lovely ambience

First time I've stayed in a hotel in maybe 12 years due to uncleanliness in even upscale hotels. Was nervous, but I would stay again without a doubt. So very clean, comfy, and amazingly pet friendly.

Was there for the Chafe-Lane wedding last weekend, everyone had a phenomenal time! The staff were extremely accommodating, the rooms were perfect and the ballroom was so beautiful, highly recommended!

THE FRONT DESK LADY WAS VERY NICE CHECKING IN AN OUT AND THE SHUTTLE DUDE WAS GREAT AND ON TIME...THE RESTAURANT LACKED SERVICE CONSIDERING THEY HAD ONLY ONE TABLE AT THE TIME TO SERVE. I STILL TIPPED OF COURSE....THE ROOM WAS JUST OLD SCHOOL, TINY BATHROOM I COULD BARELY TURN AROUND IN AND A VERY TINY OLD TOILET..THE BEDS ARE HARD OLD AND NOT COMFY AT ALL AND THE COFFEE MAKER IS A JOKE AND THE TV IF IT WANTS TO WORK...NOT WORTH THE 180 PLUS FOR A FEW HOURS. I HAVE TRAVELED THE WORLD ID EXPECT A ROOM LIKE THIS IN A ROMOTE LOCATION BUT NOT IN ONE CLOSE TO THE AIRPORT WITH TIRED PASSENGERS WANTING TO CATCH A FEW HOURS REST..ID NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN ID HAVE BEEN BETTER OF SITTING AT THE AIRPORT ALL NIGHT WATCHING SOMETHING ON MY IPAD CURLED UP IN A CORNER
