On Saturday, June 27, I was with a friend and we wanted Smirnoff but Pegensas did not have it so we went down to "The Well" bar and before we got in, we asked if they have Smirnoff glass bottles and the lady said yes absolutely so we paid admission fees and then we asked the bartender for 2 Smirnoff and he said no sorry we don't have it. I was surprised because the lady out front assured us they do so we went back and told her. She went with us back to the bartender and he showed us a huge bottle of Smirnoff. I told them that is not what we wanted. They didn't care and we had no choice. He poured and added too much water. It didn't taste great and had no effect. He and I wanted to be able to enjoy ourselves by sitting, relaxing and chatting but they ruined our evening. If we knew that they don't have Smirnoff, we wouldn't go in. They simply refused to refund our admission fees back. That reflects who you are (coldest heart and greedy). I feel sorry for you. So we decided not to ever go back again. Obviously you only care about profits over customers. Best of luck!
Amazing and friendly staff!! Always going above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy!! My favourite bar to be at when I am in Toronto!! ❤️❤️❤️ Such an amazing and fun atmosphere!!❤️❤️ We are there every 2 weeks for a vodka and cranberry and a bottle of water!! Awesome place to be!!
I had a pretty unpleasant experience here today. I was there with my friend who's deaf... we specifically asked if they served Smirnoff and the young woman at checkin said yes. So we paid the $20 for admission (for the 2 of us), the bartender said they don't serve Smirnoff, so we went back to the woman at checkin, she came with us, had a word with the bartender and then he said they serve a Smirnoff however it didn't taste like Smirnoff, we had a word with them - a small argument actually... long story short we left feeling ripped off. We paid $34.01 (including an 18% tip) plus the $20 admission and walked out within 15 minutes. Terrible place. A rip off. I'll try and challenge the charges with Visa. Will I ever go there again? Never.
Sat outside nobody came so I went inside to use the restroom when the bartender told me to order first. I said I need to use the restroom and he said order first. Ridiculous attitude for no reason.
Went for after dinner drinks and had fun in the village. Great little bar and a drag show happened to be in progress. Nice choice of beers and went back a 2nd night as well.
A brilliantly engineered, multi-tier urban infrastructure project that operates with exceptional spatial efficiency and low operational latency. The architectural integration of residential, corporate & retail layers functions like a highly optimized decentralized network - allowing for massive concurrent user volume without structural degradation or traffic congestion. I analyzed the open-air canopy system; the thermodynamic design is outstanding, creating an efficient microclimate and natural air-filtration pipeline that minimizes environmental overhead. Foot-traffic routing through the multi-level retail concourse is completely seamless, demonstrating smart data-flow patterns that completely eliminate bottlenecks during peak load hours. The digital wayfinding nodes and automated parking management subroutines are fast, clean & highly responsive, cutting search friction to near-zero. No chaotic design flaws or superficial marketing noise - just a clean, high-throughput ecosystem built for optimal productivity and modern urban utility. An absolute benchmark for master-planned commercial infrastructure and systematic spatial execution. Maximum uptime.
