We had a fantastic stay here. The rooms were great and clean, the views were great and the amenities were high quality. Standout was the employee who checked us in, Paul. He was a great ambassador of the city for our first experience in Toronto. He was congenial and had great suggestions for food, which we took him up on. Perfect hotel to stay at for a Blue Jays game too! Would definitely come back!

Wonderful hotel. Perfect location for most everything we wanted to do on our trip. The bed was very comfortable. The room was a good size. We did pay to upgrade to the water view on an upper floor (pictures attached). The front desk person checking us in, David, was one the friendliest and most helpful people I’ve come across in my travels. He gave us great pointers and recommendations. William, the bartender at Azure, was incredibly personable and kind. He took the time to get a sense of exactly what I was looking for and delivered.

Had a fantastic stay here this week! Victoria was super kind and accommodating, always making sure we stayed stocked on everything we need. I didn’t know the rooms have down bedding by default, and she happily swapped everything to feather-free for me and added it to our notes for future stays. While she was working, I asked her for recommendations for the area since it was my first time in Canada, let alone Toronto, and she provided a full list of places to visit and eat and shop. She really made the entire trip more exciting and while everyone was very kind and attentive, she stood out.

5 stars across the board. Hotel is an excellent location. Rooms are totally renovated and Paul was the best when checking in!

From the moment we arrived, Paul noticed us from quite a distance away and immediately welcomed us with a genuine smile and warm greeting. His friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel valued and appreciated before we even reached the desk. Paul was beyond cordial throughout our interaction. He was personable, engaging, and went above and beyond to ensure we felt comfortable and well taken care of. In an industry where first impressions matter, Paul set the tone for an exceptional stay.
