Pinnacle Hotel Whistler

One of our favorite stay in Whistler. The Jacuzzi tub inside the room is def the icing on the cake! Underground secure parking for a fee, def worth it for the convenience. Staff are super friendly. Lobby has complimentary coffee and tea. Need to go outside to access the pool and gym. Water of the pool is actually warm and swimable. We got a room with a balcony with mountain view. It's quiet at night as well.

Cool city. In the off-season, you have to look for excursion deals.

The room may feel dated, but it is super cozy and clean. The price was great on the weekend we went in March and I loved having a little patio space to watch the snow. The hot tub was nice even though it was outside, and the tub in the room was also nice. Very spacious suite and good location, it is super close to everything you would need in town.

A wonderful hotel in a beautiful town.

We were greeted warmly and patiently. We were surprised to find a bathtub and fireplace right in our room. The bathroom is clean, tidy, and equipped with bathrobes, a hairdryer, towels, and shampoo. The bed is perfectly fine. There's a small kitchenette with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee maker. The rooms are very noisy. Our neighbor (on the 3rd floor) was playing music so loudly that I had to use earplugs. Breakfast is not included. Thank you for having us as your guests.

A very well-located hotel in the heart of Whistler. The rooms are very spacious, and some even have a whirlpool tub. The rooms themselves are clean, but they are showing their age. The location is fantastic; it's a 5-minute walk to the city center. There is parking directly under the hotel for CAD 29, which is quite expensive.

Classic look. Great location and surrounding. Excellent service. Some rooms have stove facility which is so useful for families.

Comfortable experience overall.

I was sure I made a booking which included breakfast but when I checked in, the front desk person said it’s not included in my booking. Didn’t make a big deal out of it since I was tired from the drive. Then when I checked out, a nicer lady asked if I got my breakfast coupons which were included in my booking. I told her no because the person that checked me in said it wasn’t included.

Absolutely disgusting. Hair in the bed, the coffee machine didn’t work, the fridge was broken, and the floor was disgusting. I can’t believe this place even has 4.1 stars. The staff were also so rude. Whistler is not a normal location, people come there to have a good experience. Hotels should level up. It’s not like we have to accept a 1-star hotel just because it’s located in Whistler Village.

We got early check-in at 1pm with no extra charge. Excellent customer service and staff, very clean room and really white towels and great view of the mountain from the room.
