Queen Bee Hotel

Very nice place, friendly staff, recently renovated and it shows. Clean, comfortable beds, nice size washroom and enough lighting. Additional peek - Ume Yummy on site and boy was it ever, but that is a different review :)

Very, very clean rooms. My wife also approved!! If you want a reasonably priced and very clean hotel room within walking distance of couple places to get a quick bite, don't look any further.

I rarely write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. Making a reservation over the phone with this hotel was an absolute mess. The entire process was confusing and disorganized, and unfortunately, Matthew, the person who handled our booking, created even more confusion instead of helping. We were also told by Matthew that the price would be the same as the online booking rate. However, when we were charged, the amount was higher than what was listed online. This was extremely disappointing and felt misleading. After a long and tiring day of travel, the last thing we needed was to deal with reservation and pricing issues at check-in. Instead of a smooth and welcoming arrival, we were met with unnecessary stress that completely disrupted what was supposed to be a relaxing stay. I hope the hotel improves its phone reservation system, ensures transparent pricing, and provides better staff training so future guests don’t have to experience the same frustration.
