My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The cleanliness left much to be desired: during our stay, we found several areas visibly dirty and even saw a couple of cockroaches inside the facilities, which is completely unacceptable. Furthermore, one of the reasons we chose this hotel was the swimming pool. On the first day, we were informed that it was closed for maintenance. The following day, it was reopened, but the condition of the water and the facilities was so poor that it was impossible to enjoy it. It was visibly dirty and gave no impression of hygiene or safety for swimming. I believe that the information provided about the hotel's services did not correspond to the reality we experienced. For the price we paid, I expected minimum standards of cleanliness and maintenance, which were not met. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

The hotel is beautiful and located in the city center; the only downside is the construction 🚧, but otherwise, the hotel itself is perfect 👌

Any bad reviews you see, just scroll past! This stay was so perfect for our family. Night one, we had an issue with our room, and the issue was fixed immediately, with no resistance! Every single staff member was more than kind, they laughed and smiled with us the entire time. When we were lost they made sure we found our way!!! The location was perfect- if you walk out of the hotel and go right or left you will find something to do! Walkability is a 10 for sure! Breakfast every morning in the beautiful terrace, and a pool on the fourth floor that you may enjoy most of the time by yourself. A few steps down you will find so many local vendors! But that’s what we loved most here! Buy a small gift, take a shot of mamajuana and embrace the culture! Stay at hotel boutique palacio, I promise you will never want to leave.

The hotel is strategically located just steps from Conde Street, the main pedestrian street with its variety of shops, restaurants, market, and cafes, and a few blocks from the historic center. The hotel boasts colonial architecture, meticulously preserving every detail, and the staff is incredibly warm and friendly. Breakfast is offered, and there is a medium-sized rooftop pool.

It’s been a few years since we last stayed here, nothing much has changed. The location is great, the hotel itself has become a bit rundown. It needs a bit of updating, but for the price you pay and the location , it is well worth it. The breakfast included with your stay is satisfying. The patio is welcoming and spacious. The staff could be more welcoming. But as an overall, it’s a good place to stay.
