Terrible customer service, the place is not what it seems, toilet and shower clogged, dirty walls, musty smell, small rooms and poorly cleaned bathrooms, the room door doesn't close, damaged fixtures like the toilet seat cover, we asked to change rooms and they told us that they won't help us until the manager arrives, meaning we have to endure the bad accommodations until then.

A disastrous hotel, a disgusting place. It reeked of damp, there was no ventilation, the rooms were tiny, the whole hotel was in terrible condition, and the customer service was appalling. I absolutely do not recommend it. The young Colombian woman, in particular, was rude and unhelpful with even basic things. The bathrooms were disgusting, the entire facility was in terrible condition, the bed had dirty sheets and no blankets, the room door wouldn't close, the shower was clogged, the toilet seat was broken, and the TV was only 24 inches.

The worst experience, dangerous neighborhood, misleading advertising, the photos of the place do not correspond to reality, the facilities are terrible, we reserved a king bed and they gave us a single bed, the girl at reception did not have a proper personal presentation.

I went a year ago and the experience was 3/5, but now I have to give it a 1. I understand it's a budget hotel, but there are some things that shouldn't be acceptable even if they were free. 1. Dirty and smelly. The bathroom reeked of urine, and there was something stuck to the bottom of the toilet. There were cockroaches. Disgusting. 2. Tiny room with weak air conditioning. Thankfully, the receptionist moved us, but to a higher floor. 3. No refrigerator, even though there was one a year ago. 4. No elevator. Incompatible for people with reduced mobility. 5. The television doesn't work. 6. No telephone. And I'm not rating the breakfast because we were afraid to eat there. Please improve this hotel. You could charge more but provide the basics.
