Unfortunately, most places that cater to the LGBTQ+ community don't meet even a minimum quality standard. According to COFEPRIS (the Mexican Federal Commission for Protection against Sanitary Risks), they're rated as excellent, likely because they didn't inspect the rooms. The beds have mattresses that shouldn't even exist anymore—worn out, with protruding springs—and the televisions are ancient, with poor picture and sound. If you're lucky, maybe one channel will come in. They don't respect the agreed-upon stay times. If the management or owner thinks it's going to be a good day, they'll shorten your stay, or you have to pay triple if you want to use the room for 24 hours. Sometimes there's no hot water. They no longer provide shampoo or lotion.

It's a very centrally located place that rents rooms for 5 hours at 330 pesos, which I find quite expensive since it doesn't have Wi-Fi, still has old-fashioned TVs and few of them work, they have a good towel service, good water pressure and it's hot or cold depending on what you want, the rooms are a good size but they need to change their furniture.

I recently went there to give a massage, but the woman wanted to charge me the entrance fee even though they came down to pick me up. The place was very dirty, the water was freezing cold, and the towels were dirty. Honestly, it leaves much to be desired for the price.

The receptionist was very rude.
