We stayed at this hotel for a long time, everything seemed fine, but towards the end we were accused of stealing our towels. We demanded proof in the form of a video of us taking extra towels, and they told us they would definitely find it and fine us. In the end, they found nothing, and you were left innocent. The annoying thing is that they didn't even apologize for causing such a misunderstanding. They really need to improve their service. Plus, this hotel has terrible wifi. Of course, there are some positives, such as friendly staff, like the girl who cleans the second floor and the cook. She cleans the rooms well and is always happy to help. The view from the window is beautiful, and there's a store very close to the hotel. Overall, it's an okay hotel for the price, but they still have a lot to learn in terms of service.
The place was clean and spacious, but 500 pesos for just one hour seems like a rip-off, plus the blinds didn't close completely
Located on the border of the Obrera and Doctores neighborhoods, it's an excellent option for a one-night stay or longer. It has its own secure parking lot. I recommend it.
