Very great location, room was clean and staff was friendly. Highly recommend this room and can’t beat the price. There is noise from the Main Street but I grew up in the city so it didn’t bother me. Plus we got a great view from room 413 of the cathedral and park. Bonus was that there was a 7-11 on one corner and Oxxo on the other. And currency exchange place just a few streets down.

Everything was lovely, the drinks and food were delicious.

Very clean hotel, very centrally located, the room was very spacious and comfortable. However, for the two concerts I attended, it was practically too central.

They are friendly, the hotel is very clean, and you sleep very well.

Nice hotel, very clean. They first helped me over the phone and were very friendly. In person, they helped me with everything from the airfare to finding delicious tacos at midnight. The metro is right outside, so it was great to be able to leave the car and take the train downtown—just two stops and I was there in no time. They have 24-hour room service; we ordered and it was delicious, fast, and well-served. We just couldn't connect our Netflix to the TV, but oh well, for the short time we were there, it wasn't a big deal. There's an Oxxo and a 7-Eleven on every corner for any last-minute purchases. Highly recommended, and I thought the price was great too! Covered parking.

Very good location, but the service from the reception staff and security leaves much to be desired, as they treat people looking for guests poorly. Good location.
