Casa Vilasanta
Visitors frequently praise the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the hotel's great location in Roma. However, some guests found the beds uncomfortable, experienced significant street noise, and felt the value was poor for the price, citing issues like cramped bathrooms and poor shower pressure.

A very nice and welcoming place, excellent service, the best location and spacious rooms, highly recommended!
Horrible place!! Don't go!! There are flies, mosquitoes, no one to tell you anything at breakfast, no one at reception, the bathroom is disgusting, the kitchen is deplorable, a huge mistake to stay there even for one night....
This hotel was centrally located, and within close walking distance of restaurants and coffee shops. Our room was very clean and spacious. The shower got nice and hot. The hotel also has a nice kitchen, and they offer breakfast in the mornings. There are shelves available for guests to store their food. Another thing I liked is how secure the hotel is. I never worry about theft either. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Daphne, who really knows how to make guests feel right at home. I always had a restful night’s sleep here, just as comfortable as I do at home, so that says a lot about this place. I highly recommend staying here! 🤗
Good place to sleep, except the bathroom door in our room was broken and leaking, the towels smelled awful of mildew, and the room smelled the same. The service staff member was a very rude and arrogant bald man with glasses. Everything else was excellent.
Avoid this place at any costs. Bed sheets were dirty, bathroom disgusting, no toilet papers and no towels. What's more? They charged up more than the amount written on booking.com where we booked the room. I wish we had stayed the night in our rental car instead.
Great spot! Amazing Mexican decor, friendly staff, good vibes. Perfect location. Would stay again.
My first stay in Guadalajara and this was such a great find. Very nice place, spacious and with friendly service.
