Renacer Day Spa
Visitors appreciate the heated outdoor pool and find it a nice place to relax, meet people, and spend time with friends. However, common complaints include issues with cleanliness, broken amenities like jacuzzis, and disruptive pool parties with loud music that detract from a relaxing spa experience. The pool has heated water, highly recommended in hot weather.
You go there to relax because it's a spa, but it turns out there was a pool party with a DJ and everything. It doesn't fit with their concept at all; if I'd known, I wouldn't have gone.
We went there intending to relax and spend a quiet Sunday, as we often do. However, this time we stumbled upon a pool party with a DJ and music played at an excessively high volume. The speakers were pointed directly at the pool, and the noise was quite bothersome, to the point of hurting our ears. I have no problem with music or events, but a place like this should prioritize a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. If we had known beforehand that there would be a Club 183 event, we probably wouldn't have gone. I even approached the DJ respectfully to ask if he could lower the volume a bit, as it was far too loud, and his response was quite rude and unprofessional, treating it with mockery. Later, someone else on the team did notice the situation, and they finally turned down the volume because, honestly, it was excessive. The experience ended up being uncomfortable and very different from what one expects from a place to relax. Hopefully Renacer will consider whether these types of collaborations truly align with the atmosphere many customers seek there.
I was really disappointed. I was going there because of the pool! But this last time was awful! The pool was very dirty.
Customer service has never been their strong suit, but sometimes the attitude and treatment from their employees borders on rude: aside from telling you to come back soon or thanking you for your visit, the receptionist gives orders like "give me the keys," "leave the towel here"—for goodness sake, it's not like I'm going to take them with me. A simple "please" and "thank you" and taking a deep breath wouldn't hurt.
Friends, be very careful with this place. There are frequent thefts in the locker room area. They open the lockers with the key (which only the employees have) and steal valuables. My friends and I have had our things stolen several times, and we decided to file a police report. 🤷🏻♂️
