I would never go to Hilton ever again they have no parking lot for you to park then promises you that you would only pay $6 at the red parking ramp if you park there all night without leaving anywhere and that is what I did the next morning as I was leaving at 9am I was being charged double the amount they said to me I went back to the front desk and asked them about it they then changed everything and said that the parking ramp belongs to the city so they can’t do anything about it I basically got scammed by them also the elevators don’t work and the doors for the stairs were locked when I got to my room my fridge was also broken and not working also with the amount that I had to pay for I think they should have free breakfast for everyone sleeping there like every other hotels but no they don’t this is by far my worst experience ever with a hotel
Soda gun probably never has been cleaned which led to nasty alcohol mixed drinks and water that tasted like toilet water. Salad was “made” from Roman hearts which was not cut up with dressing on top with nasty canned chicken with it. Hotel access being downtown has bad access to load and unload baggage. Pool is not maintained. Has nice decoration in hotel bathroom but has mold on it since fan doesn’t work. Surprised this was a Hilton hotel and hasn’t lost accreditation. Not a 4 star hotel.
Older hotel. Clean rooms. Great food options and a good target for conferences but is a bit dated and some rooms are not as nice. Overall it's a decent spot.
I recently stayed at the Hilton in Appleton for two nights and rented a suite, expecting a comfortable experience. Unfortunately, my stay was extremely disappointing. The suite had no heat the entire stay, leaving me freezing both nights. The bathtub water was disgustingly rusty, and the shower handles were broken, making it difficult to even take a shower. For the price paid, these conditions were unacceptable. I went to the front desk three separate times to report these issues and even showed pictures and videos. Emily and two other front desk ladies assured me management would be notified and that someone would follow up with me regarding accommodations. I followed up multiple times, but I never heard from management during my stay or after checkout. This hotel was very poorly managed during my visit, and the lack of communication and urgency was frustrating. I stay at multiple Hilton properties a year, but have never experienced something like this before. I expected far better service and conditions for the amount paid for a suite.
Very impressed with the room and welcome message on the screen. Would go back again.
