Safety Hazard, Filthy Rooms, and Utterly Careless Staff – Avoid! Do not stay here. I arrived at 12:30 AM to a lobby that looked like an abandoned construction site with no signage to find the desk. The security issues here are terrifying. My first room had a hole by the lock, and the next morning I realized the door didn't even latch; anyone could walk in. When I told the staff, they brushed it off as "no big deal" and only changed my room after I refused to leave my belongings exposed while at work. The rooms are disgusting and broken. The first room's AC didn't work properly. The second room had a slimy, un-touchable TV remote, dirty counters, a broken shower handle plate, a broken exhaust fan, and a running toilet. Worse yet, the towels caused me to break out in a rash. To top it off, loud construction started before 8:00 AM. Between the safety hazards, the filth, and the careless staff, I will never step foot in this hotel or any of its sister locations again.
The rooms were great but the pool was bad. The pool is the size of a large hot tub. This is a good hotel for business travel but not ideal for sports teams since the pool only holds about 6 kids max and there aren’t any other good gathering spots besides the lobby. That said, the location is great for USA Youth Sports complex events.
I give this hotel 0 stars - although I could only make this post if I gave at least one. When I arrived to check in, I was told they did not have a room available for me because they were overbooked. This is a hotel, not an airline. It’s completely unacceptable to be “overbooked.” I was told they were using a nearby hotel for “overflow” for their customers who did not have a room, however the receptionist gave me directions to the WRONG hotel! After driving to my third hotel, which was of lesser quality than my originally booked hotel, I was given a room, though not in the location where I needed and planned to be. I would not recommend anyone to trust this hotel chain.
Hotel was under construction and wasn't made aware of before we came. Hot tub was advertised when reservation was made, no hot tub
The desk was surprisingly comfortable.
