200 Main
Many visitors praise the comfortable rooms, noting amenities like heated bathroom floors, good showers, and spaciousness, with some enjoying the newer section's balconies and fireplaces. However, several guests report issues with thin walls allowing noise from adjacent rooms, and some have experienced problems with new management, including reservation glitches and housekeeping issues.

Great location, quiet, easy parking.
We had an incredible stay at 200 Main in Highlands. The service truly stood out. Caroline and Johanna went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of throughout our visit. The heated pool was a highlight, especially in the cool mountain air, and our room was perfect. The fireplace made it feel extra cozy and elevated the whole experience. We’ll absolutely be back.
A+
For context - I asked the front desk for assistance before posting and they were unable to provide viable solutions. We stayed here with our two young kids - they gave us a room was on the second floor with no elevator access, so my husband had to haul our stroller up the stairs every time we went anywhere. Our toddler fell and hit his head on the stairs. There is snow on the ground, which makes everything more slippery. And, our room had a dirty floor. When I asked the front desk if there was the possibility of moving to a first floor, she only gave the option of a room next to a dog, which won’t work with our small children sleeping. The man in front of me in line was given a free upgrade, so clearly there is selective assistance. We usually stay at Park on Main but thought we’d give 200 Main a try. Definitely a mistake.
200 Main is an absolutely magical place to stay in the Highlands! This spot was very cozy, the amenties were wonderful (fire pits, heated bathroom floors, hot tub, etc.), and most of all the location was perfect! A few minutes walk into the heart of town with all of the amazing restaurants and shops, and also access to the Old Edwards Inn (sister property) was great as well! Highly recommend to stay here if you want to stay at a hidden gem property in Highlands that has great mountain charm, friendly staff, and cozy atmosphere. Just book it already 10/10 recommend!
