Ok. Rooms a little dated and worn. Comfortable beds though and quiet.

Rooms were clean and comfy. Housekeeping was polite and warm. William at valet was the star of the show however. Thanks for a good stay

A perfectly adequate 3-star but pretty sure they haven't earned the 4th star yet. Service was certainly great, and some nice spaces for sure. Location was great too as DT Asheville is very quaint with lots to do and many places to eat. That being said..... The elevators seem like future death traps and were completely in disarray on day 1. They seemed to be corrected after that night but apparently in looking at other reviews this is a common theme. Shower seemed a bit narrow too more than usual for sure. I also had to plug in the desk and power strip to get the coffee maker going which should certainly be checked by housekeeping before a room is 'ready'. My chief complaint though - the damn AC. No matter how you set the stupid thing it kicks back off soon as it reaches target temp. For someone like me with tinnitus, its critical I am able to keep the fan always on regardless and that wasn't possible. I'm never gonna deal that 4th star out unless A/C is 100% user changeable and nothing auto-pilots to an off mode on you in the middle of the night. I guess the joke is on the hotel though. Yall thought it would save money but instead I just jack the temp all the way down to 65 so it runs longer than it takes me to finally fall asleep. Enjoy the higher electric bill. Overall as I said, a certainly adequate 3-star hotel. Stayed at many better, stayed at worse too.

Nice hotel downtown. Room was small, a bit dated, small bath, but clean, comfy beds. Price was fine, about $200. Valet parking, free morning coffee was nice. OK breakfast, but barely. Functional.
