We loved our stay at gorgeous Hotel Cashiers! The manager, Steve, was very helpful with something we needed printed. The other staff we dealt with were super friendly as well. Two minor things that won't affect my star rating: The refrigerators are very small. Having something just a bit larger would make an extended stay much easier for restaurant leftovers :) Also the fire alarm went off for about 10-15 mins around 1:15am our last night there. Many of us spilled into the parking lot looking around for the fire. No word on what happened. Luckily no fire tho 🙏🏼😄 Those 2 things aside, and with too many positive aspects to list, it's a beautiful hotel in a beautiful area with a great staff. We highly recommend the hotel and wouldn't hesitate staying there again. - Jen T

Got rained out on an overnight camp and Hotel Cashiers was a wonderful surprise. I've been coming to Highlands/Cashiers/Sapphire for 40 years (since I was born) and this place is an awesome addition!!! Friendly people, great cocktails, and simple but perfectly nice rooms. They did a great job of renovating and thought of so many simple comforts and conveniences. Will definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed here 4th of July weekend of 2025 and it was amazing the room was clean, well light, inviting, and romantic. It felt secluded and cozy the whole weekend even though there were other guests and it is right off a main road going through town. The check in was so easy, Checked in via email and received a response not long after with our room code, and did not have to worry about checking in at a front desk. As soon as we arrived we were able to drive straight to our room and park right in front so no long walk with luggage. We were there for a wedding in Scaly Mountain, but visited Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge as well. As someone who is from Texas I loved that there were so many places to day trip to from this hotel. Top 5 of hotels I have ever been to.
