Grand Hyatt

Convenient to North Buckhead with easy side entry self parking. Attended for a two day work conference. Catered lunch for work event was good and conference room set up was definitely a win located on third floor.

Thank you very much my wife enjoyed her stay and I would like to thank you again for perfectly , in a perfect timing, the surprise to délivre her some flowers for our special moment. The staff have been very helpful and special thanks to Nickole.

Great room, good service (although everything was pretty expensive).

Very nice hotel. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Public transport and a shopping center are nearby. One drawback: the breakfast staff are particularly unfriendly.

The Grand Hyatt has had a facelift in the last couple of years and was beautiful. Highly recommend the stay and the conference center was very nice. We loved the zen garden!

I rarely leave reviews like this, but my recent stay at this Hyatt in Atlanta left a very bad impression of the Hyatt brand. I booked a room with club-level access, even though I knew I probably would not have much time to use it. Late at night, after spending a couple of hours downstairs doing work, I asked the front desk for a bottle of water. The front desk agent asked me for my room number four separate times, and I repeated it each time. After all of that, his response was simply that I needed to go to the market and buy the water myself. The interaction was not warm, apologetic, or even neutral. It felt firm and dismissive, as if I were an unwelcome person off the street rather than a registered guest who had paid for an upgraded stay. If the answer was going to be “no complimentary water,” I do not understand why I was asked for my room number four times first. There was no apology, no explanation, and no effort to make a very small request feel handled with basic hospitality. I was so annoyed that I just went back to my room and drank water from the sink. I am perfectly fine with sink water, but the message I received from the front desk might as well have been: “Just drink from the sink.” What makes this worse is that there were other issues I could have complained about but chose not to: a constantly dripping shower leak, hair on the toilet seat, and a stain on the chair. I did not raise those things because I did not want to make a big deal out of them. But being treated like I was unworthy of even a bottle of water, especially after providing my room number repeatedly, crossed the line from minor inconvenience into unacceptable service. This is my only Hyatt stay this year, and unfortunately it left me questioning whether I should choose Hyatt again. A hotel can have maintenance issues or small room imperfections, but poor hospitality at the front desk is much harder to overlook. Hyatt should review this interaction, address the service standard with the staff involved, and explain how a guest with club-level access ended up feeling this unwelcome over the simplest possible request.

Everyone is so nice, the front desk was super helpful. My kids were crying and they gave them a bear which came in clutch. The housekeeping and concierge service has also been amazing they are so fast and responsive. Grateful for our experience here and will definitely have to visit again! 🙌🏽

I really enjoyed my time at this hotel. The hotel is very pretty and very well located in the Buckhead area. i loved is close to restaurants, nightlife places and shopping areas. Now, if your plans are to stay for a night because your flight got canceled or you want to go and explore the downtown area, this hotel is not the right hotel since it is a little bit retired from those areas. Remember, Atlanta is quite a big city with some hills and you would need some time to travel from one zone or district to the other. A great opportunity to improve, is to keep up with the light snacks in between the big courses of snacks. I noticed that a lot of people tend to get the club access and the club could get a little bit busy and run out of snacks for everyone. Btw, loved the coffee machine and the beef empanadas. Also, it wouldn't a bad idea to get some signage or posts to block the access to the food area while the club attendant was placing the foor for everyone. I really felt bad for her while a jerk was on top of her not letting her place the food and food signage correctly and nice. Thank you for the stay Hyatt, I really enjoyed my stay at this place! :)

Have had several conferences here. This hotel and its staff are top notch.
