Wonderful hotel, great service great amenities the view was amazing. The traffic was crazy pulling out of the hotel but that’s Atlanta. What can you do right?

I had such a great experience with Rochelle at the front desk at W Atlanta. I’m a local vendor helping out at a conference and from the moment I arrived, she was refreshing, engaging, and genuinely kind. There’s something about her energy; it’s uplifting without being over the top. Just pure, positive vibes. Every time I came off the elevator, I actually looked forward to seeing her. She has that rare ability to make guests feel seen and welcomed in a natural, effortless way. The perfect balance of warmth and professionalism. Rochelle truly elevated my visit. She’s the kind of person who makes a lasting impression, and she’s a big part of why I’d return. Oh and the conference’s buffet was spot on! Thank you.

We are here for convention and was afraid the hotel wasn’t going to be great based off recent reviews. We got there and most the elevators weren’t working and half the lobby is under construction. However, the staff have been AMAZING with helping everyone get to their rooms through service elevators until they got this figured out and fixed. The guys at the valet are great. Room is very nice and clean. Once renovations are done it will be great.

Stayed here when I came to Atlanta for a concert. We arrived right at 4:00 (when check-in was supposed to be) and were told our room wasn’t ready. This wasn’t a big deal until we had to wait almost 2 hours to get into our room, making us almost late for the concert. There were people stranded all throughout the lobby waiting for their room. Management didn’t have much to say other than “Would you like complimentary champagne?”, and were unable to provide us an estimate of when our room would be ready which was very frustrating. On top of the outrageous wait for our room to be ready, there was only 1 working elevator in the entire hotel. The saving grace of this hotel is the amazing city view and spacious room. However, I don’t think I will stay here again until at least the construction is over.

Haven’t even checked in yet. Check in was 4pm and it’s been almost 45 minutes. They have the rooftop bar closed. They serve no coffee in the afternoon. Most disappointing experience in the Marriott brand.
