Overall, I have to say I was underwhelmed. I travel a lot for work and had previously been a loyal Bonvoy member. I saved a considerable amount of points and wanted to show my family a good time. I even used elite night credits for a "suite". Yeah, that's not a suite. Tiny room, crammed full of top-tier "luxury" soft drinks and red bulls that they charge a premium for. Bonvoy is gouging people with the app, boosting prices as soon as they can while individual hotel operators take advantage. The staff here were great. They were polite and kind, took plenty of time to recommend to us the sights. The rest of the stay was memorable in the worst ways possible. If you're looking for luxury, the high-dollar rooms are probably worth it. If you're passing through with a family, it's best to pick a local bed and breakfast or something with some real flair and culture. Lesson learned for me. Bonvoy points aren't worth anything these days, just let them rot.

Had a wonderful stay!! The staff was professional, welcoming, and attentive from check-in to check-out. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. Excellent service, great amenities, and an overall first-class experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Myself, my sister, mother and daughter stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Atlanta on 6/5–6/6 and I was left wondering what exactly the $420 room rate was paying for. The room was extremely basic, lacked a refrigerator, and offered little that felt worthy of a luxury hotel designation. The most frustrating part was that a member of our party had medication that needed to be refrigerated. When we raised the issue, the response from housekeeping was essentially that it was our problem, not theirs. For a hotel that markets itself as a luxury property, dismissing a guest's legitimate medical accommodation need was both disappointing and unacceptable. At this price point, basic conveniences shouldn't be missing, and guest concerns certainly shouldn't be brushed aside. I've had stays at Hampton Inn properties that were more comfortable, better equipped, and provided better customer service. The bright spot of our stay was the staff at the front entrance. Bellhops Ryan and Scott were outstanding—professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful from the moment we arrived. They were easily the best part of our experience. The valet team was wonderful as well and provided the level of service I expected throughout the hotel. Unfortunately, the exceptional service from Ryan, Scott, and the valet staff could not make up for the overall shortcomings of the property. When a budget hotel offers more functionality, responsiveness, and value than a supposed luxury property, something is wrong. This stay was overpriced, underwhelming, and far below the standard I expected from the Ritz-Carlton brand.
