I love Waldorf Astoria , the luxury, location, atmosphere, the service is so welcoming, in the breakfast time Mr. Mohammed was so helpful and attentive, valet parking have your car ready to go so there is no wait for you, they have a little ser up for coffee and tea lovers by the front desk in the mornings which is great to take some on the go, and Mr. Sukra at the front desk went the extra mile ! overall we loved it! Can't wait to be back.

Our stay was absolutely amazing from check-in to departure. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making the entire experience so enjoyable. The spa was excellent, relaxing, clean, and truly one of the highlights of our trip. The food was also delicious, with every meal exceeding our expectations. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel!

This is for Dana. Being in hospitality, I know at times it can be a thankless job. I was onsite this past Saturday for an event, there were some disgruntled guests that were expressing a small issue to me (they thought I worked there), so I found Dana. She handled the situation quickly, professionally, and with a smile. Management looks great on you Dana!

Excellent stay at Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead! Service was outstanding — Carlos provided a warm welcome, Sukru at Concierge was very helpful, and Snook in Food & Beverage was terrific. Beautiful, quiet hotel in a great Buckhead location near Lenox and Phipps. A top-tier experience — we look forward to returning.

What an experience to have an opportunity to stay at the famed Waldorf Astoria. Given to me as a surprise gift. This place is not for the cheap or penny pinchers. The service was top notch. Went to the spa and the men's locker room attendant Louis was very welcoming and perceptive, I like that. Felicia was an incredible massage therapist, her demeanor, voice and gentleness set the atmosphere and kept it there and not to mention her magic hands. I didn't know where I was for a minute when she was done, WOW. I'm definitely coming back for another appointment at the spa. FYI, when you step outside, enjoy the car show. From the front door to the housekeeping crew, thank you to the entire staff for their attentiveness and professionalism.
