I was lucky enough to spend a milestone birthday at Frame's Treehouse Hotel just off South Congress downtown. Their Operations team members were incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and patient as I planned a special weekend with my best girlfriends. They helped me coordinate with local vendors and partners to make our weekend at the Treehouse Hotel both relaxing and memorable. Everything from the tranquil, natural grounds to the modern rooms and service was spectacular. Cannot recommend it enough!

Beautiful boutique hotel in a fantastic location! The courtyard and the common room (for coffee, tea, beer, wine, etc.) were particularly wonderful. It really feels like a great escape and yet the crazy/quirky energy of South Congress is only a 1 minute walk away!

We also stayed at the Frame — SOCO this same weekend because we couldn’t choose between them. Every detail is carefully thought out. We enjoyed every corner of suite B and all the common areas. Thank You Lauren and Michael for your patience. We made many phone calls with our questions and you always answered with great disposition. C&A

Quiet, modern, and serene. This hotel is so clean it feels luxurious and has lots of natural light from ceiling high windows. Professionally designed interior. The common areas are gorgeous, especially around the live oak tree. I And on top of all this, this hotel is walking distance to South Congress where there’s lots of tasty food, shops, and things to see.

Hard to describe place. Not a hotel, not Airbnb. It’s a gorgeous modern place with 7 rooms. The inner patio seems to be on top of a tree. The common area has a beautiful leaving room, a fridge with wine, beer, and sodas. An excellent espresso machine. The rooms are spacious with excellent linens, mattress, and pillow. Definitely coming back. There is no lobby, you get a code that allows you access to the hotel and room. There is parking under the hotel.

This property called me directly & forced me to cancel my Expedia reservation claiming they didnt have availability and hotels booked thru Expedia are "not guaranteed". I had booked our room 2 months in advance, paid the full amount owed & the hotel had already sent me a text welcoming me & my reservation. Today I receive a phone call from the GM (Michael) one month before our trip advising they had a 1/2 marathon in town the week of our reservation and I could either cancel or move to their other property. We specifically reserved this hotel & didn't want to move. Horrible customer service. I'm so disappointed. BEWARE!
