To call this place luxury is laughable. I will say it is in a fantastic location right across from prudential, walking distance to Newbury St, plenty of coffee shops, amazing view of the city from rooms. The staff we encountered were unfriendly & rude, besides doorman/ door security Norman who was very nice and helpful. Very pretentious atmosphere despite the fact that rooms are mediocre at best, dinky furniture, holes in drapery, no streaming services. Onsite restaurant was understaffed. TLDR; you can find an actual luxury hotel in the same area at a comparable price.

This is a great hotel with perfect location near copley square and subway station entry just in the front of the hotel. Definitely will stay again in this hotel in the future.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. Very clean, spacious room with a killer view, yes, but what really set it apart was how friendly they were when we checked in hours before check-in time and they gave us the room early without any fuss or cost. It was just really refreshing and extremely welcome as most hotels are strict about check in times these days. We fully expected to change in a public bathroom and go out on the town sticky from overnight travel, but we got a hot shower and a real change of clothes first. Thank you, Colonnade! You made our trip 100% better for this kindness. Restaurant food was good and cleaning was efficient and effective. Great water pressure. No complaints!
