Horrible experience!!

An excellent experience for our family, thank you for the hospitality, upgrades and service. Tyler was exceptional with follow up and care. Thank you.

We were here for a seminar luncheon last week 5/19/2026. Everyone on the staff that we interacted with was helpful with directions, friendly with vegetarian food choices and options and polite. The drinks were delicious, iced tea was fresh! (Not everyone makes good iced tea!) I look forward to coming back again!

Betrayal. The pork fried rice was the absolute best dish I have ever eaten and the absolute distraught look on my face when I saw that it was disgustingly removed from the menu was astonishing. BRING BACK THE PORK FRIED RICE AT ROWES WHARF SEA GRILL NOW.

I attended a work event in the North Atlantic Room - spectacular panoramic views of the harbor. The service was top notch. The food was delicious. Lovely event!

Best hotel and location to stay in Boston! We’ve stayed at the hotel twice and have always been impressed by our stay. The staff members are kind and always address anything we need. Highly recommend - we will be back multiple times in the future.

The views of the harbor? Unreal. Boats gliding by, the water sparkling like it’s showing off… it’s basically New England charm turned up to 100. The room was spotless, elegant, and somehow managed to feel both luxurious and cozy (which is a rare combo). Waking up and looking out over the water with a cup of coffee in hand? Yeah… that’s a core memory now. Service was top-tier—everyone we interacted with was warm, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Not the stiff, robotic kind of service—more like “we’re glad you’re here, relax and enjoy” vibes. And let’s talk location… you’re right on the harbor, steps from some of the best walking spots in Boston. Perfect for a post-dinner stroll where you pretend you live there and casually say things like, “Let’s take the yacht out tomorrow.” 😄 Bottom line: If you want a stay that feels special, a little indulgent, and very memorable, this is your spot. Already plotting our return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
