The Ritz-Carlton Boston Common

We stayed one night here in the premium one bed room suite #1047 for the World Cup. After the game from Boston Stadium we came to the room near 11pm and I had to kill 7 fully grown flies, not 1, not 2, Seven in the room in order to get a peace. Good thing is that the front desk is very friendly and thankfully there were enough magazines in the room for me to put down flies.

Absolutely spectacular stay. Every single interaction perfect. Delight Moments Plentiful. Signature moments on point. Highly recommend that if you are staying in the Boston area you stay here. Joel in the lounge is marvelous, extremely knowledgeable and a truly a great gentlemen. I will be coming back..

We recently enjoyed a wonderful three-day stay at The Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park for a very special birthday celebration, and the experience was beyond positive. As Marriott Bonvoy Titanium members and frequent international travelers, we have compared more than 60 countries so far. Ritz Carlton Central Park might be less fancy as a facility but the location is fantastic and the service was beyond wow, especially the way a mistake was handled. Even by proper NYC standars, the staff stood out for its professionalism, and genuine commitment to hospitality. Being directly by Central Park gives the hotel a rare sense of calm and elegance in the heart of Manhattan. The rooms, service, and atmosphere all reflect the level of a calming refinement. The SPA is also a rare gem considering the limitations of central Manhattan. What impressed us most, however, was how the team handled an information error during our stay. In luxury hospitality, small mistakes can happen; what matters is how they are managed. In this case, the response was exceptional. I would especially like to recognize Borja Garcia, the recently appointed General Manager, who handled the matter personally, thoughtfully, and with complete professionalism. He listened carefully, took ownership of the situation, and resolved it in a way that made us feel valued and respected. His personal attention transformed what could have been a disappointment into one of the strongest examples of service recovery we have experienced anywhere in the world. Over the course of our three-day celebration, the entire team made us feel genuinely cared for. Their discretion, warmth, and attention to detail helped make the occasion memorable. Among the many luxury hotels we have visited globally, The Ritz-Carlton New York, Central Park stands out for the caliber of leadership and personalized service behind the experience. We left deeply appreciative and would happily return.

We stayed at the Ritz for Boston marathon weekend and had a truly exceptional stay. The service was above and beyond, even giving our baby a toy at check in and already setting up the pack and play in our room with a sheet and everything. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. We would certainly stay here again!
