Lekker Home provides an unmatched shopping experience, from friendly employees to a wide variety of beautifully made furniture. We ordered a Montana shelving unit, and while the lead time was a little long, it was definitely worth the wait. The delivery team did a great job and the shelf looks great in our living room. During my most recent visit to Lekker, I came in to test out some sectionals and Natalie was helpful in providing the fabric samples we were interested in.

Lekker Homes is an amazing store with something for everyone. Their wide display of unique furniture and accessories is a visual treat. Their Instagram posts, mirror the showroom, with it's warm, inviting, minimalistic style that reflects the talent of the entire Team. If you haven't stopped by, do so next time you are in the area. You will absolutely love it!

Good customer service is a thing of the past. No follow up, delivery was a nightmare since wrong pieces delivered and some arrived broken. No Quality check before delivery I guess. what was not so bad was the delivery times. we were told up to 3 months. we received everything in 10 weeks.

LEKKER HOME is a high end furniture and decoration retail store featuring lovely products. I had a terrible buying experience there and would not recommend that anyone shop there. On the 16th of November, my husband and I visited the shop and agreed to purchase an “off the floor” reduced price dining room table for $1,959.20, which was immediately charged to our AmEX card The Lekker Home store is located at 38 Wareham St. in South End Boston. We reside in a condo immediately next door at 56 Wareham St. We wanted our concierge and handyman to immediately transport the table on a trolly they had available from 38 Wareham Street to our home at 56 Wareham St. approximately 100 feet away. The sales help and the manager who was on duty refused to allow this. They insisted that their delivery service be used to deliver the table to us at an additional charge of $208.00. We objected and were told that this was non-negotiable, assuming however that their delivery service would transport if to us next door. This was not the case. The delivery service picked up the table and transported it approximately 25 miles to their warehouse in Framingham MA. “The Word Movers”, the delivery service that LEKKER subcontracts to, then was unable to deliver the table to our apartment until today, November 30th ,14 days after we paid for this purchase. The totally inexperienced crew that delivered “white glove service” had trouble figuring out how to tilt the table to get it through our front door. My husband had to help them with this very simple maneuver. Purchasing at LEKKER has been a totally negative experience. I had previously purchased a lounge chair about 6 months ago from Lekker that was a “discounted floor model”. The competent sales person who was working there at the time, charged it to my AM Ex card and helped me to carry the chair out of the store, so that I could bring it to our apartment next door. Evidently their policy has changed as have their sales help, who are now totally incompetent. There are many other designer stores in Boston that have excellent service. I would recommend that anyone looking to purchase high end contemporary furniture shop elsewhere.

Visiting Lekker is always inspirational, and their assistance makes it even better when you need to make a purchase. The quality of their products are excellent and it’s hard to go wrong with anything you buy there. Thank you Sevigne for helping to make our most recent experience—purchasing a large area rug—something we were dreading—so simple and enjoyable!

Bought a Blue Spot bed frame from here. First, they checked in with me to see if I still wanted the frame since they felt the shipment they had received wasn’t up to the company’s quality. Then, a couple of years after receiving the frame, an integral support slay broke. I contacted Lekker and Blue Spot. Within a day, Lekker has organized for a replacement slat to be sent to me and followed up to let me know shipping date. I never heard from Blue Spot. Lekker supplies the kind of care, attention and customer service that was once common place and makes you feel like s valued customer.

I absolutely love working with Lekker Home, and I must say that Greg and Ali are the best to work with in their trade department! Their assistance and support are second to none. I always shop here because of their exceptional guidance and helpfulness. Highly recommend this place for a delightful experience!

Showroom features a good selection of contemporary furniture

Shopping at Lekker is a breath of fresh air. My furniture buying experiences around Boston lately have left a lot to be desired with poor customer service both pre- and post- delivery. The team at Lekker Home is attentive but not overbearing and their selection is unique…but nothing that you couldn’t imagine in your home. Online shopping is a big plus, almost feels white glove!
