MAC Cosmetics
Many visitors praise specific employees like Allie and Ally for their exceptional makeup services and friendly customer care, with some even highlighting their skill in creating flawless looks. However, a recurring complaint involves stores being unexpectedly closed or unstaffed, even before advertised closing times, leading to disappointment and unreliability for customers who made appointments or traveled to visit.

This review is for the tall male employee at this store. I have been a loyal customer of MAC products for over 20 years now (spent thousands of dollars in my life) and the male employee at this store made me feel extremely not welcomed (immediately judged?!). I couldn’t wait to leave the store. I suggest the business managers hire sales associates who like and enjoy the job of selling products to customers (at least not with a frown, perhaps even with a smile?), because as a loyal customer who generally loves MAC products, I could not wait to leave this store and frankly won’t go again and rather buy online. Horrible, unwelcoming, judgmental experience. No wonder this store is ALWAYS empty.
Allie was the best! She killed it for my awards show makeup. I wish I had taken a picture at the beginning of the night, but the end of the night selfie, my makeup hadn’t budged. Thanks Allie for helping me kill it at my event!!!
Came into the Pru location looking for lashes and left with laughs and a fierce look!!! Ally was kind and patient with me. Grrrrreat customer service to highlight an iconic brand. Def book with her!!!!!
Ally and Anna were SO lovely to me during my make up service. Ally slayed my face copying the image I showed her off interest to a to a T-- collaborating with Anna to find my concoction of a perfect match for my foundation. They encouraged me to play and practice in makeup (& guitar). Ally and Anna provided the perfect beat and vibe to heal me after an unsuccessful day of trying on clothes. I intend to be back bi-monthly!! The entire Mac stores staff has been overturned since the last review (its a REALLY small store). Hurry in!!
Made an appointment and when I arrived, the lights were pff and the door was closed. Since I know now this service is unreliable, I sadly wont come back. Glad I did not have an important event to get a facial for because that would have been upsetting.
