See pictures and decide. I posted 10. Room 5. Tip: Visit Yelp and see the reviews that agree with this) The garden is beautiful, but not worth the expensive price (over 300$) It is very dated and neglected. We also found it's unpracrical. For example, the bottom twin bed pulls out, but completely blocks the way for the restroom. The person sleeping on the end and floor will get disturbed by people climbing over to use the restroom. See pictures. They offer free Wi-Fi but the connection is very SLOW.( We couldn't use our laptops). No clock, there is a closet that was turned into a desk/vanity space, but when you hang your clothes you block the mirror. Only 3 VERY SMALL drawers available and 1 was broken and kept falling out.

Great spot in Carmel near all the shopping and highlights. Office leaves at night so you're on your own. Room is a bit below standard, but it's ok. For the proximity of the place with the shops, its ok. Fireplace and heating didn't work but the evening wasn't that cold.

What a DISAPPOINTMET! When we first arrived, we asked why doesn't our room have a fireplace? The front desk clerk, Talia, kept insisiting our room had a fireplace and it was right underneath the television. We finally asked her to come to our room and show us. So, she goes to our room. Notices there is no fireplace. Goes to the wall where they obviously did construction on the wall and said "Well you can tell there used to be a fireplace here but it must have been removed." Then she kept saying "I'm new here, so I don't know." That became her response to every question we had. Do not let someone work the front desk if SHE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT SHE'S DOING!! She said the manager Mike Patel would contact me. Which he never did! SO UNPROFESSIONAL! That wasn't the only disappointment. Garbage was left from the previous guest. Bugs were coming through the window. Whenever we tried to talk to a cleaning person, they would just smile and giggle nervously then walk away. And yes, like previous reviews said. The walls are very thin! You can hear people going to the bathroom from the other rooms. Be prepared to get into arguments with other guests in the parking lot because this place has VERY LIMITED PARKING. Customer BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Okay hotel in Carmel. Location is great but not the rooms. Bed was hard and room smelled like dog urine.
