I found a sex toy in my bed rm 118 the tub was unusable and the bed sheets had blood on them....this place is ran down....don't stay here ever my job booked this place site un seen and I was moved immediately

I am extremely concerned and disappointed with my experience regarding a serious identity fraud incident connected to this hotel.On May 19, 2026, I received information showing that someone checked into the hotel using my identity, even though I was never present at the property. The reservation also included an additional guest under a completely different name that I do not recognize. I immediately contacted the hotel as well as the local police department to report the situation.When I called the hotel, the front desk employee, Monica, stated that she had no idea how to handle the matter. I repeatedly asked to speak with a manager or supervisor, but she kept telling me that no manager or senior staff member was available. Several hours later, after calling again multiple times, I was still told that no supervisor or manager was present, which is very concerning for a hotel handling sensitive guest information and security matters.When I continued asking how a serious identity theft situation could be handled without any senior staff available, the call was abruptly disconnected. If the company reviews the security camera footage from May 19, 2026, around 7:17 PM, I strongly believe they will see that other staff members or supervisors were in fact present at the time. After that incident, my calls also went unanswered despite multiple attempts. The entire experience made me feel ignored and unsafe during a very serious identity fraud situation. At this point, the lack of response, accountability, and urgency has made me question whether the hotel is properly protecting customer information or whether there may be deeper issues involving fraud or scams connected to this incident.I hope corporate management investigates this matter immediately, reviews all camera footage and call records, and takes this situation seriously before someone else becomes a victim.

(CAMERAS DONT WORK!!!!!) Crappy part of town! Had my car vandalized and the front desk guy didn’t care at all, he was so rude to me! Room almost got broke into! He didn’t care! Was gonna kick me out for telling him! Roaches were everywhere! Maybe bed bugs! My partner and I were getting bit by something!
