Hilton Garden Inn Columbia/Harbison

Room cleaning every other day, so they didn't bother us! We asked for extra shampoo and wash cloths, they delivered!

Eric was very helpful and has excellent customer service skills !

3rd time staying here in the past few years. Always great friendly front desk associates. The the facility and the rooms are always clean. Big Shout out to the cleaning associates for all their hard work. Thanks for always a great stay from beginning to end.

Do not recommend this place. Check in was at 3:00. We didn’t get a room until after 5:30. The reason was a “wedding party” took all the clean rooms. Still not n excuse as they had advance notice on the wedding party as well. They knew how many rooms they needed available that day. I wasn’t offered a discount or anything for my wait. I paid for a room to be ready to check in at 3:00 , not after 5:30. The bathroom was dirty and had hair all over the shower. There were 4 of us and only two towels in the bathroom. No towels in the swimming area, I had to go retrieve towels. And bring your own hair dryer as they also have none in the bathrooms.

I can't say too much I was there for a family reunion banquet but I can say the food was delicious I was completely shocked

Definitely not up to a Hilton standard. It says recently renovated but that appears untrue. The self check-in did not work so had to get a physical card. The shower head was broken and had no pressure, the tvs are outdated and small, the lobby restroom was dirty. I could not believe this hotel holds the Hilton name !

I would just like to start by saying thank you to Margaret for making my stay the best. She has been an amazing host for our family reunion from the first interaction with her, to the last. The most amazing human! Thank you Margaret for making our stay here the best Hilton stay :)

I had a procedure at Prisma Heart hospital and stayed here. First off I got a good hospital rate. The staff were great and the rooms were large and clean.
