About this place Hydrate
Hydrate is a gay dance club in Northalsted (Boystown), on the corner of Halsted and Cornelia. It is a place for dancing, with DJs and a proper sound system rather than a quiet bar. It traditionally has no cover before midnight, and the crowd builds from then on.
It is closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays. It is listed open until 04:00 most nights it operates and until 05:00 on Saturdays, so it fills up when the 02:00 bars close. Arrive before 2am to skip the line. Check hydratechicago.com for guest DJs and theme nights.

Really fantastic dance floor! Went for Club Flamingo and wow. Great sound, great lights, and a really smooth clean dance floor. Actually good dancing possible. Met the owner by accident and he was delightful!
