i went here for my birthday and everyone was so kind. our server, blake was super nice and charismatic and tended to our every need. to top it all off all the employees signed a menu aka birthday card and gave it to me as a present and it was only my first time there! food was amazing as well, the sausage and pepper meat balls were my favorite. 10/10 definitely recommend!!

Jessie was a great server! She was extremely personable and overall a great time. She gave us great recommendations. We truly shared great laughs. She knew what she was talking about and knew the menu like the back of her hand. 10/10 experience at the Charles will be back! Thank you Jessie !

The service was 10/10, all the staff from the valet to the busser were extremely professional, welcoming and hospitable. The food was incredible and the server made sure to accommodate our requests.

The food was great as it was the last time we dined here. We were seated in the Speak easy section for dinner. A very eclectric atmosphere. Fun place.

Charles Dallas gave me one of the most unforgettable nights of my life. My boyfriend brought me here, and I had absolutely no idea he had planned an entire surprise to ask me to be his girlfriend. The staff went above and beyond to make the evening feel magical from the moment we arrived. Not only was the food some of the best I’ve ever had, but the entire team made us feel so special and cared for throughout the night. They helped create a beautiful setup, took amazing photos for us, and then escorted us to a hidden speakeasy where a reserved table was waiting with the sweetest handwritten note asking me to be his girlfriend. I was completely shocked and honestly overwhelmed in the best way. Every detail was thoughtful, romantic, and perfectly executed. The atmosphere, service, and food were all exceptional, but what truly stood out was how much effort the staff put into helping create such a meaningful memory for us. It’s a night I will never forget, and I’m so grateful to everyone at Charles Dallas for making it so perfect. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My wife and I celebrated our 18th anniversary at Mister Charles, and it exceeded every expectation we had. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely special. We were welcomed with complimentary "prosecco", and every member of the team—from our server to the assistants and managers—took the time to congratulate us and make conversation. The level of attentiveness was unlike anything we've experienced before. It never felt forced or intrusive; it felt sincere. The atmosphere was exactly what we were looking for: romantic, elegant, and upscale without feeling stuffy or pretentious. We were even taken through the kitchen into the hidden lounge, which was such a fun surprise and made the evening even more memorable. The food was outstanding overall. The Lemon Ricotta Gnudi was a flavor explosion, and the Spicy Cresto di Gallo was easily our favorite dish of the night. The tiger prawns were excellent, especially the incredible sauce paired with the sourdough. The octopus was perfectly cooked and beautifully charred. The Wagyu short rib was incredibly tender and buttery, though the texture was a little different than we expected. The only disappointment was the focaccia, which was too greasy for our taste, but the staff removed it from our bill without us even having to ask, which says a lot about how much they care about the guest experience. The cocktails deserve a special mention. The Old Fashioned was one of the best I've ever had. To finish the evening, we had the flambé dessert with espresso, and it was absolutely phenomenal. We qere also given a hand written anniversary card which was a suprise and made my wife feel super special. It was the perfect ending to an unforgettable meal. Including a generous tip, we spent about $240, and every dollar felt worth it. Between the exceptional hospitality, beautiful atmosphere, amazing cocktails, and memorable food, this was one of the best dining experiences we've ever had. Excellent. Another treasure from the Duro group.. from start to finish. Ali took care of us warmly and attentively. The entire team worked together noticeably in unison, it was cohesive. No detail missed. I have been to many upscale dinners and paid a lot of money with plenty left to be desired, having to repeat requests, being ignored etc. But at The Charles, nothing was forgotten or skipped. Someone was always reappearing to refresh drinks, clean off the table, reset dishes for desserts etc. Everyone gave attention to detail, used warm language and made helpful recommendations.. personalizing the experience. They even made sure we had comfortable space from other tables after a long travel day. This was much like my experience dining at another Duro location recently. Then we were led to the speakeasy after dinner and made to feel comfortable until ready to leave. The food was incredible.. wood-fired chicken cooked to perfection. And the whole atmosphere was beautiful! The scents, the lighting.. a whole package experience.

We tonight on a whim not knowing how up scale it was. The manager and staff were PHENOMENAL. We left before eating due to having two small children, I did not feel as it was the place for them. While the staff went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel comfortable, I know people wanted to enjoy their meal. Will definitely return without kids.

I just went here a couple of days ago with my boyfriend to celebrate our two year anniversary and it was amazing! The service was just astounding and the food matched the service perfectly! Our server was so attentive and friendly! We had such a great time and will for sure be back for our next celebration!

Best food I’ve had in Dallas so far. Service was exceptional. Don’t remember our waitresses name (glasses, 17y/o daughter) but she was a trainer so our experience was even better as a result! We will be back
